What is kink night?

Kink night is a monthly social event/happy hour style gathering. While it is primarily geared towards socializing, some play is allowed as long as everyone is following the dress code and complying with kink night rules and venue policies (more on that later)

Who can come to kink night?

Kink night is open to the public, provided that you are 21+ with a valid ID. No vetting process is required to attend this event, but admittance is at the discretion of the host and security personnel. You may not attend this event if you are trespassed from the Duluth Flame. You may not attend this event if you are a registered sex offender.

When is it?

Kink night is held on the third Saturday of the month from 10 pm to 1 am.

Where is it?

Kink night is held downstairs at the flame nightclub in Duluth, MN in the bottoms up lounge. You will enter through the main/front door just like if you were entering the upstairs bar and security will direct you towards kink night. The event space has curtains hung for privacy.

What should I wear?

You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in, bearing in mind that this is a public event and therefore subject to state/local ordinances regarding indecent exposure and public lewdness - for this reason, the dress code is that anything goes as long as holes, poles, and female nipples are covered. Feel free to wear street clothes, or to spice it up.

What should I bring?

Bring yourself! You are welcome to bring gear/toys/implements/photography equipment/whatever floats your boat, bearing in mind the parameters of the event/venue.

Cool, so what are the rules?

The rules and expectations are subject to change as the event grows and evolves, but at present:

- Consent from all parties is mandatory for any/all activities you participate in

- No CNC play. No means no and stop means stop.

CONSENT POLICY: Informed, enthusiastic consent is mandatory for any activity you participate in at Kink Night. For your safety and the safety of everyone present, we prohibit play where ongoing consent is not immediately recognizable to staff and security personnel. Security needs to be able to take immediate action if we see or hear something that suggests a breach of someone’s consent, and CNC play adds an extra layer of difficulty to that job which we simply cannot accommodate.

- No weapons, drugs, or outside alcohol.

WEAPONS POLICY: Prohibited weapons include firearms, knives, pepper spray, all forms of tasers/electro play that has the capacity to inflict intense pain (at the discretion of staff), and any implement that the attendee is unable to safely control. Failure to safely control an implement may result in it being held by staff until you leave
